The traditional WCL curtain raiser has had to be postponed. Hopefully it will be held later in the season.

Due to be played this Saturday, 21st April, both clubs involved, Garforth PC & South Milford, have found it impossible to get their grounds ready in time because of the poor weather in the last month.

Hopefully the spell of fine weather we are promised this week will enable us to catch up with the ground prep and the first week of the new season will go ahead as planned.

Both senior sides are in action on Saturday 28th April, the 1st team away at Ledsham and the 2nd's play host to Wetherby A.

Fingers crossed for no more rain before then.
