South Reading F.C. is youth and adult football club that has been operating in South Reading area since July 1993. Formally know as Christ the King FC and founded by the late Jim Williams and a few parishioners of Christ the King Church who wanted a team for their children to play in. The club have successfully grown over the years and even have there own soccer school, goalkeeper academy and walking football groups male and female.
