Following on from a hugely successful 2021 campaign – which saw the 1XI lift the Southern Premier League title for the 6th time – it'll come as no surprise that Ben Draper will once again lead the team in 2022.

The 2XI will be under the stewardship of Rob Pittman, for a 5th season, as they look tackle Southern Premier League Division 3 head on.

Meantime, the academy ground will be graced with 2 new captains in 2022. Club stalwart Tom Pearce will be stepping into the role of 3XI captain – an exciting new challenge for Tom and one that he will bring an undoubted wealth of experience and quality to.

It's also the start of a new chapter for Jody Everett who will take charge of the 4XI, a role in which will see him orchestrating from the technical area for the first few months as he recovers from ACL reconstruction – we all wish Jody a speedy recovery and look forward to witnessing speedy singles in the later end of the season.
