This week, 11 of the 2018/19 roster signed contract renewals to keep them at the Sir Halley Stewart Playing Field.
They are joined by Lewis Brownhill, an FA Vase winner with Thatcham Town, former Sleaford Town defender Ben Greenwood and Josh Spencer, a versatile midfielder and defender who enjoyed a spells at Grantham Town and in America.
"I am pleased," said Easton. "Barring a couple, everybody who was offered a contract decided to stay with us.
"We have added three new faces in the positions we needed. They will add quality, strength and fitness.
"I think we've got a good squad. There are some young lads in there but plenty of experience to pull them through, so it looks like a well-balanced side."
Among the remaining players are the 2018/19 Player of the Season, Kegan Everington, goalkeeper Michael Duggan, who is approaching 300 appearances for the club, and popular defender Neal Spafford, who has captained the side.
"All of the remaining players stayed loyal to the club," said Easton. "They work extremely hard, and work well together.
"Take the fact that they are all good footballers aside, we re-signed them because we needed a well-knitted group together.
"The reasons to join Spalding are the same as for staying: it is a good, well-run and friendly club."
The squad will join together for pre-season training in mid-July, looking ahead to a trip to Cleethorpes Town in the Lincolnshire Senior Cup on 3rd August and confirmed friendlies against Harrowby United on 31st July and Corby Town on 6th August.
