With the heavy downpour the Corby ground staff did a fantastic job to get the game on.

Khalsa coped with the conditions of the pitch better in the early stages go the game but were reduced to 10 men in the 12th minute Andre Landell sent off. This did not deter Khalsa as Chay Tilt scored a great solo goal just before the half hour from a long pass from Robbie Bunn. Pete Taylor made it 2 nil just before half time with a deflected goal.

Two quick goals from Chay Tilt at the start of the second half gave Khalsa a well deserved victory considering Khalsa played with 10 men for over 80 minutes.
