Book online from the 6th May

After four successful years as a Weetabix Wildcats provider we are making some important changes to further improve the experience for parents, players and coaches.

What is new?

Simple online booking system
To make and process payments easier for all
Help us plan and deliver our sessions based group size and age group
Store emergency contact details and medical information

Slight increase in prices
First increase in four years to help us cover our increased running costs such as facilities hire, insurance, equipment etc and enable us to provide our volunteers with opportunities to develop like our players and gain further coaching qualifications.

The best and cheapest way to book
Select bundles of 6 sessions to suit your availability. If you are struggling to make a session you can cancel on the system up to an hour before and re-book for a date to suit.

Single sessions can be purchased.

Further discounts for girls playing for our teams
A discount code will be shared to your team Heja group to be used when booking.

Maximum amount of places
We have a maximum of 30 spaces per week
All sessions must be booked before attending
Players are asked to attend at least 5 minutes before each session so we can check you off the register.

Rewards and recognition
Players will be awarded stars each session
Certificates will be awarded weekly
Player of the month award for each of the three age groups and unveiled on our social media channels along with players across our Women’s and Girls Section.
Regular competitions and giveaways
Discounted tickets to Sporting Khalsa Women games
Mascot opportunities
We will also be introducing training wear to purchase to help the girls feel part of the bigger club.

We have new equipment ready for the re-launch so there will be old footballs available which will be free to a good home so the girls can continue to practice at home. Please let us know if you would like to take anything away.

What will remain the same?

We will continue to deliver great sessions tailored for various levels of experience focussed around fun, friends and learning new skills to develop as a player and person.

Our sessions will continue to take place on Monday's from 6pm-7pm with a short debrief afterwards.

Our usual coaches are still onboard but we are always interested in adding new coaches to the team.
