The league leaders Quorn started the game on the front foot with some early chances and were on top of the game for the first 25 minutes. Khalsa first real chance came on the half hour mark when Jayden Campbell shot from outside the box hit the underside of the crossbar.

Quorn had a chance which was cleared off the line. Corey Grantham put Quorn into the lead swhen he lobbed the onrushing Khalsa keeper Ganley in the 38th minute.

A great save from Tom Allsop denied Andre Landell just before half time.

Khalsa started to get dominate the play with Quorn resulting to the quick counter attack. Jayden Campbell hit the another effort from outside the box which again hit the crossbar. Simeon Cobourne came off the benching caused Quorn backline problems. In the final minute of the game Simeon lobbed Tom Allsop and hit the base of the bar and looked like it rolled past the line but Tetlow slid in and cleared. The assistant referee who was not inline with play decided it did not cross the line.
