Harborough took the lead after three minutes when Luis Rose smashed the ball across Sam Arnold in the Khalsa goal. Khalsa best chance came in the 10th minute when James McGrady was set free and only the keeper to beat his shot missed the target.

In the second half Khalsa had a large share of the ball but Harborough looked more likely to score as Khalsa had 2 goal line clearance plus the visitors also hit the crossbar.
