A bumper crowd and television audience of tens of thousands saw entertaining Emirates FA Cup First Qualifying Round Cup Tie at the Guardian Warehousing Arena.
Khalsa made the better start and the visitors keeper O'Sullivan denied Toumani Sidibe in the 2nd minute.
Khalsa took the lead in the 4th minute when Sidibe latched onto a long ball from Sam Arnold and turned Alex Foreshaw on the edge of the box and finished superbly.
Darlaston equalised after 21 when Ben Priest to slot home from 15 yards.On 33 minutes a Louis Baker chip from 18 yards clipped the top of the bar with Arnold beaten. Just before half-time a Sean Williams cross into the penalty area was not cleared by the visitors, Sidibe pouncing to volley home from six yards to Khalsa into the lead.
Within two minutes of the restart Darlaston were awarded a penalty but Arnold saved the spot kick from Gill. Darlaston got a fully deserved equaliser on 88 minutes when Baker who drove low and hard into the bottom corner.
