The Gate boss, who was appointed manager in 2019, signs a three year contract to extend his stay at the club until at least 2024.
With previous success in charge at Darwen and in the coaching set up at Ashton Athletic, Luke Evans was brought in and has achieved success on the pitch, as well as helping the club make huge strides off it.
Guiding the club to a 9th place finish in his first season and with the team looking solid middway through this one, Evans has laid foundations for what promises to be a very bright future at the club.
His work off the pitch is unprecedented and he was awarded a Lancashire FA Red Rose Award back in October for all he has done for the club.
Luke Evans said: "I am delighted to accept the clubs offer to remain in charge here at Gate for 3 more years. When I first came to the club I instantly felt at home and my family and I have loved every second of it. I feel we have huge potential on the pitch and I want to do my upmost to get the club as far up the table as possible and start challenging at the right end of it.
"Seeing how much this club pulls together off the pitch is why I feel it is only right that I show my loyalty to them and muck in to keep this place going as it is. I still have a huge ambition to move up the pyramid as a manager but I feel at this moment Squires Gate is the best place for me.
"I would like to place on record my thanks to our chairman Tony Jo and all the committee for their support as without them Squires Gate would simply not be here. To our supporters please keep supporting us as you do and let’s see where this journey takes us starting with Congleton at home on Saturday".
