The centre-back initially joined Gate ahead of the 2021/22 campaign and spent two seasons at Gate, impressing with his passionate defending and composure on the ball.

Having left last summer to be closer to home, Bartram has made 26 appearances for Prestwich Heys this season, helping the club to an impressive 7th place so far.

On his return to Gate, Bartram said: “It’s great to be back involved with the club and I’m looking forward to catching up with the lads who are still here from when I was here last season.

“It’s a great club and is full of some great volunteers.

“As for the rest of the season I’m just looking to help the lads pick up as many points as we can and to have a strong end to the season, and see how high up the table we can climb.”
