“I had a good chat with Luke this week and he spoke about the club, its ambitions and aims and on a personal level just seemed a really top guy. That t was a big impact for me, and I’m looking forward to working with him.

“Personally like any forward I’m looking to score and create as many goals as I can. I want to help get the club back to where it should be and where it belongs, and push for promotion.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to win the league with Atherton and win the play offs with Droylsden so for me it’s a no brainer in terms of wanting to secure another promotion. It’s one of the best achievements in football and I will definitely be doing my best to make it another one.

“I think I’ve scored a few times against squires to be fair so hopefully the fans can forgive me! But now I’m here, hopefully I can bring that and repay it for the club and do the same here.”
