Gate return after the summer with some new exciting fresh faces and a re-call of one or two old favourites,once ever present local lad Alex McKendrick has been looking sharp in pre-season friendlies, as Boss Dave McCann looks to build a strong squad ready for this season.

We caught up with Dave and asked him for his thoughts on the upcoming game...
"It's probably one of the toughest starts we could have been given but we go into the game confident after our best performance of pre season last Saturday. There's a better feeling about the squad compared to the start of last season and we'll be hoping that the togetherness and spirit we have will stand us in good stead for the tough season ahead".
