Squires Gate picked up a second successive win against another of the league promotion hopefuls on Saturday afternoon. Ric Seear opened the scoring before firing in a second minutes later to double Gate's lead in a controlling first half. Town pulled a goal back just before the break before James Boyd sealed the points for Gate in the 60th minute taking the ball around the keeper to score. The last 25 minutes were nervy for Gate who were down to ten men and conceded from the penalty spot after Ben Reader's foul in the box.
