How it started: Tylers is a family run business specialising in the delivery of high quality personalised embroidered / printed clothing spanning a number of different market sectors.
Our business was first started in 1996, by Sophie Tyler. At the time, the company was working out of a small business unit embroidering sports clothing for a well-known golf-clothing brand.
Very quickly the business expanded and in 1999 we moved to the current premises in Welwyn Garden City, in the same year Tylers extended its service to include vinyl, transfer and screen-printing. Sophie’s brother Sam joined the team in 1997 focusing on sales and new business development.
Today, Tylers has five dedicated embroidery machines. We have an established reputation for excellence and a loyal customer base, which includes schools, sports and leisure clubs and corporates.

Our experienced team can help create a customised range of clothing / kit featuring your colours / logo / sponsors by using embroidered or printed designs. Logos / slogans / designs and where they are to be sited on the item, are all pre-approved by the client prior to printing / embroidering.
Embroidering your logo is the best way to produce a quality professional corporate identity. Almost any garment can be embroidered from leaver’s hoodies, to workwear poloshirts or a club sports kit .Embroidery will always be more durable than printing and will deliver a long lasting, superior finish. We have very few limitations on colours as our machines can embroider 15 colours and embroidery set up charges are no longer an expensive extra.
Garment printing on clothing is a method that involves heat pressing plasitol, foil, flock or CAD-cut vinyl onto garments. This process is very popular and most suited to smaller orders requiring individual names or numbers and Sponsors’ logos on sports kits. Printing works well on large logos which would be too expensive to embroider and on fine fabrics such as thin t-shirts, which do not always embroider well.
We also offer screen printing, which is when the logo is printed directly onto the garment .This process is ideal for large runs as it can be very cost effective but it can become expensive if your choice of logo features many colours.
The company has access to a huge choice of high quality clothing brands including Canterbury, Kooga, Samurai, Surridge, Under Armour, Regatta, Bronte and Skins. All embroidery / printing is undertaken in-house to exacting specifications, to meet the discerning needs of clients representing school and college sports clubs, local / regional sports teams, local / regional leisure clubs, businesses looking for corporate work wear - the list is endless.

Once a range of branded merchandise is agreed for a client, an individual ‘Web Shop’ can be created which is accessible via the Tylers website. This means that all customised clothing / goods can be ordered securely and direct from Tylers, maximizing the easy buying experience for the customer and minimizing the amount of time involved for the client, so representing a cost effective and time efficient solution.

Sleapshyde is a quiet hamlet in St Albans, Hertfordshire, surrounded by stunning English Countryside. The primary alehouse dates back to 1690 and features wooden beams, which have recently been restored to their original state. Lime plastered walls, two fireplaces and low ceilings make The Plough a cosy and inviting pub, which is family and dog-friendly.
The Freehold has recently been purchased by Dylans, St Albans; a truly independent pub serving similar drinks to the city centre restaurant but with proper pub food. Head Chef Liam Goldstone creates his own seasonal menus which change regularly.

In 1990 we opened our first office in the growing new town of Hatfield, in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield. Firmly establishing ourselves in the busy market place location and growing our reputation as a leading agent within the town, it wasn’t long before we were looking for new premises to expand within the Hertfordshire area.
Just two years later we celebrated the opening of our second office in Stevenage, positioned on the main high street of the historic old town and directly opposite the beautiful Holy Trinity Church. This enabled us to offer our services to a vast catchment area including Knebworth and the surrounding desirable Hertfordshire villages, one which also linked well with the existing Hatfield office for people moving between the boroughs.
While we quickly became established and well regarded in these three locations, we still felt a need to increase our footprint within the area and opened a fourth office in the popular market town of Hitchin. The office opened in 2012 and the staff’s feet haven’t touched the ground since.

ESTABLISHED IN 1979 as a family business PPH now operates a fleet of 30 coaches seating up to 73 on our double Decker's, and 49 to 57 on the single Decker's.
Seat belts are fitted throughout the fleet and several also benefit from on board toilets, and air-conditioning.
