All areas of the club are playing this weekend including more FNL action and a cup final!

This weekend we have a local derby league fixture plus a Cup Final and a County Festival to complete another bumper weekend.

**FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS**

The rugby starts on Friday Night at home, where the 2nd XV take on Harpenden under the lights. The two sides first met at Redbourn Lane back in November, that afternoon the Men in Black won a tight contest 20-10 in the rain. The return game was originally scheduled for mid-February but was moved due to challenges around availability during the 6 Nations weekends. We have a number of new recruits from the University of Hertfordshire who will be making their debuts for the Blue and Gold and we look forward to seeing how they go against our local rivals in what we are sure will be a great contest.

**HERTS PRESIDENT'S TANKARD FINAL**

On Saturday afternoon the County Cup concludes at Harpenden Rugby Club, where the Blue and Gold take on Herts Middlesex Counties Two champions Cheshunt. The stags did the double over Saints in the league this season and have been the standard bearers for 2022/23. Last weekend they beat London Scottish Lions to finish the season unbeaten and they will be looking to complete a league and cup double on Saturday. For Saints, this weekend provides an opportunity to finish a challenging season with a trophy and obtain their third Tankard triumph (more than any other club) to add to the wins of 2010 and 2012.

On Sunday our minis and juniors have a busy morning of fixtures as our U6s, U7s, U8s, U11s, and U12s host their Cheshunt counterparts while our U9s and U10s travel to Tring to take part in the Herts Festival against other clubs around the county. Good luck to all of our age groups.
