Stamford begin their FA Cup journey with a trip to NPL Midland side Harborough Town.

The Daniels were in the same division as our hosts last season. Stamford won both encounters but they have strengthened this year and will prove a tough test for Stamford.

We go into the game unbeaten in August with three wins and three draws. Last time out it was a 3-3 draw with Nuneaton Borough. Two goals from Jack Duffy and a penalty from Ollie Brown-Hill.

Harborough have won two and lost two so far in the league. Also they beat Newark & Sherwood United 4-0 in the last round of the cup. Their top scorers are Connor Kennedy, Paul Malone & Silvano Obeng with two goals apiece.

They have a few former Daniels in their ranks, Jake Duffy & Paul Malone along with former player and manager David Staff now the Harborough assistant manager.
