The Daniels travelled to the West Midlands having secured the title but the hosts needed points to ensure they finished second in the league.

Stamford started on the front foot and Connor Bartle crossed from the left in the opening minutes but his cross was just out of reach of the stretching Cameron Johnson.
Johnson then broke into the box and beat a couple of defenders but as he unleashed his shot another Halesowen defender blocked his effort.
Jack Duffy then had a shot from wide on the right and his effort was saved with a combination of Daniel Platt in the home goal and the post.
Halesowen then had a effort through Jack Holmes but his effort was saved by Dan Wallis.
Into the second half and a free kick to Halesowen was delivered into the box and found Mckauley Manning who put his header wide of the goal.
Then Jonathon Margetts found Johnson free inside the box but the Daniels forward scooped his shot over the bar.
Then a poor clearance from the Daniels back line found Joshua Quaynor who struck a shot from distance which Wallis did well to tip away for a corner.
Then Harry Vince had a shot from the edge of the box but his shot was blocked at the expense of a corner.
Halesowen then had a chance when a free kick met by substitute Richard Gregory which was brilliantly saved by Wallis.
This was followed by an effort by Manning which was wide of the goal.
The final action of the game saw Jon Challinor fire a shot at the Halesowen goal which was saved by Platt.
At the final whistle, Stamford won the league by nine points, winning 27 of the 38 league games.
