The Daniels started quickly and in the opening minutes hit both the post and the crossbar.
Striker Emily Smith had a shot in the opening minutes, but her effort was wide of the goal. This was followed by a shot by Lauren Bartle, but this was over the bar.
The opening goal came after seventeen minutes when the ball was through the Brigg defence to Emily Smith who fired a shot goalwards and the visiting keeper got a hand to the ball could not stop it going into the net.
Molly Cunningham then had a shot which was straight at the goalkeeper before Smith doubled the lead when she raced clear and slotted the ball into the net.
Stamford made it three just after half hour mark when a corner from the left was met by Polly Pellow to stab home. Smith then completed her hat-trick after39 minutes when Lauren Bartle crossed from the left and Smith was on hand to score.
Jemma Hill then made it five before half time when she received the ball from a cross. The ball just crossed the line and the linesman confirmed it was over the line.
There was still time for Emily Smith to hit the post again before the half time whistle.
Into the second half it began with no clear-cut chances to begin with.
This changed after sixty-five minutes when a cross from the right was met by Molly Cunningham who fired a shot past the Brigg keeper.
A few minutes later, Stamford made it seven when Emily Smith played in Cunningham who beat a defender and slotted the ball past the goalkeeper.
With fifteen minutes remaining, Emily Smith grabbed her fourth of the game and Stamford eighth as she received the ball and slotted it into the net.
The rout was completed on 80 minutes when Cunningham completed her hat-trick when she was free down the left and she fired the ball past the keeper.
