Stanway Rovers football club we host a variety of events for the local community. We provide a venue for occasions such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversary’s and christenings.
We have local clubs that use our facilities on a regular basis such as the country and western club, Forwards club (bereavement club), funky voices, baby sensory and mother and toddler groups plus many more.
This allows the groups to get together regularly at a local venue. We are also set to launch our brand new football college this September which will provide school leavers a chance to further their education in football with first class training whilst gaining academic qualifications. We are hoping to revamp our facilities and update the club ready for this launch. Our first focus is the car park which we want to completely relay allowing the facilities to be safer for all visitors and reorganising the layout to allow us to increase the number of spaces for vehicles. This understandably comes at a cost so we are hoping we can rely on the support of local companies within the community to donate to this cause and the future of our local area.
