Accomodation and Food:
Players are organised into chalet apartments with 4or 5 other players. Each apartment will appoint a ‘captain’ who is responsible for the behaviour, the cleanliness of the apartment and the organisation of mealtimes. They will also be responsible for insuring that the players from each apartment uphold the dress code demanded of them by the team management.

Meals are not included in the cost of the tour and players will need to bring food and/or money for meals. However, to help each ‘team’ organise themselves the players in each apartment will receive a small starter pack (e.g. Bread, milk, butter, cereal etc). Players will also have the opportunity to visit either a Sainsbury’s or a Tesco’s to ‘collectively’ buy food.

Key information about the format of the festival:
There are 16 teams in the U15 competition organised on Day 1 into 4 pools of 4. We will play three matches on Saturday and another 3 on Sunday (see separate sheet). All players, coaches, parents, spectators are bound by the RFU code of conduct. Supporters must keep off the playing area.

Money and valuables:
We suggest players hand in valuables and money to an adult for safekeeping whilst playing.

Dress Code:
Friday: Players can wear casual clothes to travel to Torquay.
Once in Torquay the dress code will be determined by the management depending on the activity. Players will need:
• Casual clothes for each day
• Rugby Kit including Warm Up Tops
• Club black shirt and red/silver tie.

Other items required:
Players need to bring their own towels (at least two) and toiletries.

Responsibilities and behaviour:
We have 23 players and 12 supporters in our party. We have 2 first aiders (Mike M and Zoe) and a paramedic (Liz) accompanying us. However, if you have any medical concerns prior to the trip please speak to me (in the first instance).

As a group our number one rule is that we ensure that we all enjoy ourselves. However there will be clear ground rules which players are expected to abide by. Players must be at the right place at the right time, following the instructions they are given by Mike Morgan, Damon or myself. Players must remember that the festival organisers have a strict code of conduct (see separate sheet). Partly as light entertainment and partly as a way to establish clear ground rules we will call a ‘Kangaroo’ Court session as required.
