From our youngest age group (U6's) to the vets (40+ up to as old as you like), there isn't an instance in the span of those years that does not have a volunteer involved.

Volunteering at Tregorrick can be fun! We have a great bunch of existing volunteers who just need some reinforcements. Whether you volunteer because you love the club, your kid is involved or because you want to keep busy, you won't regret it.

Aim of this meeting: To see who can help, to assign some duties to people for the first half of the season and to say hello to you all. It should last 30-45 minutes.

We will hold a volunteer get-together on Wednesday 25th August at 7pm. This one will be focused on running senior rugby Saturdays. We are seeking names for the following duties:

Gate Teams - THIS IS OUR PRIORITY RIGHT NOW - Form up before a Saints home game to take entrance fees and check membership cards as people turn up to spectate - Lasts about 1.5 hours then you can join the crowd to watch the game.

Car Parking - Working with the Gate Teams, on busier home fixtures we often need to direct cars to where spaces are, otherwise we get traffic jams! Lasts about 1.5 hours then you can join the crowd to watch the game.

Stewarding - On busier home league and cup games (plus larger events like the ale festival or Tamar Cup if it comes our ay this season) we need people to don an event jacket and just be a visible presence, to be a point of contact for questions from visitors, to ask people to take their seats and not block the view for others, to keep the stands in good order etc.

Nothing strenuous! Have a think about what you would like to do. Flexibility is the key and helping out where its needed on the day essential.
