Today we saw some cheeky sides to Penzance and one that should have been a boxer.

Well the Pirates probably did not like us beating them the last time we played them at home, which was the best game of the season for Saints. We beat them 22 to 10 last time we played. Penzance this time was not holding back and the score reflects what happened on the pitch today.

Lewis scored our try today, well done to Lewis and Ben Hooper converted. Ben played exceptionally well today, good tackles and gave us what he can do - long runs and fast too.

Ben you are man of the match today, well done. Lets hope that we have learnt something from todays game for next weeks cup match. We need to drive hard and make sure we get the ball out and pass it out to the wingers who are there to run long and hard.

Jack gave some good runs today and Harry nearly scored a try but someone tackled him from behind by a hard long push, pity you were not a little longer than we would have had a try. Billy Mineer gave us some good tackles and Owen.

It was a bit of a cheeky game from the Penzance side, come on boys pull up your pants we want to see Rugby not your cheeky bits.

Good luck to all who will be selected for next weeks cup match against Camborne. Dont forget training is on Wednesday and you will all need to train hard and no partying on Saturday night for next weeks game.

Good luck Boys!
