After starting with 69 trialists, from across Stevenage and the surrounding villages, four weeks of hard work and constant assessment have reduced that figure down to just 25 remaining boys.

We have been very impressed with the quality shown by the Y4 boys at the trials, indeed at this stage 11 still remain, and we will likely retain all of those boys to train with the older boys next season. We will also find occasional games for them and I anticpate that one or two will be regulars in the announced District squad next season.

This week reaches a critical stage where we will have a final training session (Wednesday 25th) followed by a tournament for some of the older boys (Saturday 28th) before confirming our squad for next season.
