On behalf of the Club and committee, please be advised that the AGM will held in person at the Rugby Club, Somersham Road.

There will be the option to attend virtually if required.

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18th May, starting at 7.30pm.

1. To consider and approve the minutes of the previous meeting
2. To receive reports from the Management Committee
3. To receive the accounts and balance sheet for the previous 12 months
4. Election of officers
5. Proposal of changes to articles of association
6. Nomination of Life Members
