“Community Matters” Magazines is the umbrella for a group of community magazines that commenced in 2005 with the publication of the first issue of Bradley Stoke Community Matters.
Each magazine is run by local residents for their local community. Each edition provides a wealth of information about local events, groups, facilities, trades and services in order to enhance community spirit and to encourage residents to use local businesses.
The magazines that are part of this group are included below. Please click on the Matter Magazines Logo Above for further details of their locality and distribution, as well as contact details of the editor in each case.
C & M Services is a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is run by Kath Docherty. The practice is based in North Bristol but enjoys a client base throughout the UK.
They specialise in working with start-ups looking to incorporate and grow, small businesses who need to outsource their tax and accountancy requirements, and contractors who will often not have the time or the expertise to manage this side of their business themselves.

If you live in the Bristol area and are in need of professional builders, then GBuild Ltd are your perfect choice. With over 10 years of experience, GBuild Ltd can work on projects for both residential and commercial clients.
GBuild were the main contractors on our clubhouse refurbishment and have been loyal club players and patrons for many years.
Bradley Stoke Physio has been going since 2003 and in that time they've built a great team of therapists who work to our extremely high standards of care.
It was a big leap of faith for them, Louise and Kath, to set up their own practice. However, local people called for a readily available physio and health service that actually treated the cause of their pain. They wanted to feel better sooner rather than later and they rose to the challenge.
Their reputation has grown and their ability to get results for people in the local community means that some clients now travel from afar afield as London, Birmingham and Barnstaple.
St Mary's Old Boys hope that choosing Bradley Stoke Physio will give you equal peace of mind knowing that you have chosen health professional excellence.

Established in 1969 with just one vehicle the still current owner quickly realised that service to the customer was of paramount importance. "People would ring and book another job because I had loaded and delivered on time giving good service at a competitive rate." This became the essence of the company and today accommodates the move of anything from small parcels through to engineering equipment up to 110 tons.
