We started very well and 10 minutes in and a Ryan Pooley cross is unfortunately diverted in to his own net by Minver old boy Dan Colwill for 1-0.
On 20 minutes Ryan Pooley is brought down in box and he picks himself up and converts for 2-0.
On 30 minutes and Ryan Pooley receives the ball turns sweetly on edge of the box and fires home in to bottom left corner for 3-0.

On 50 minutes and Steve Wootton was released down our left and finished well inside the near post for 4-0.
On the hour a sweeping ball from central defence by Ed Green freed Corey Cleave who finished well for 5-0.
On 65 minutes a swinging free kick from Steve Wootton is headed home well by Paul Menhinick for 6-0.

Frustratingly a ghost free kick is awarded to Padstow on the edge of our box and they get consolation goal with a finish under the wall for 7-1.
We wrap up a great days work in the 89th minute as Callum Wilson is strong and frees Paul Menhinick who finishes well in to the top left corner for 8-1.

A great win and performance from the lads on a wet and windy day in a keenly anticipated local derby. It was also the last game for the very popular Matt Cleave as he moves up to Leeds.
