Sessions are aimed at building fitness prior to the start of stick and ball hockey training in August. Sessions will be varied, but will include a thorough warm-up, some agility, aerobic fitness, core stability and we will finish with a fun game of players choosing!
It is hoped that all players aiming to play Ladies 1s / 2s hockey this season will attend and any new players interested in joining our Club will be also welcome.
