This page is for parent who has recently created an account or child account and now requires affiliation.
Please note, this process requires you to have linked your account with your child, if you have not done this please follow the steps on the Add a Family Member Page.

* Log In to your GMS account.
* Locate the green box in the 'Personal Profile' section of your account.
Note when you first see the dashboard, if there is no green box, then clicking on the action icon (circled in red below) will reveal the actions within the green box.
* Click the link to 'Affiliate to Club'
* Fill in the form
* Click Save
