With four players out injured, two new signings, Sam Pidgeon and Austin Okolo, made their full debuts and a third, Harrison Whitehouse, came on in the second half in a fine team performance at Mill Road to give the Swans their first league win of the season.
Two goals in the first 24 minutes put the away side in charge. The first, from a cross from James Henton, was an assured right foot finish from captain Liam Griffin (pictured). The second goal came from a corner from James Henton and an excellent header by Sam Pidgeon, signed this week from Littlehampton, gave the Arundel keeper no chance.
Arundel came back into the game early in the second half but a resolute Storrington team managed the game out for an excellent win and three points.
