Men’s Night from 19:00 onwards on Tuesdays (Match play Night). For winter sessions a nominal contribution to the lights is required.

Ladies Night from 19:00 onwards on Wednesdays (Match play Night) For Winter sessions a nominal contribution to the lights is required.

Veterans play from 14:00-16:00 every Tuesday and Friday

Social Tennis is held on Thursday evenings

Cardio Tennis, a fun way to get fit, is held on Wednesdays: Juniors 18:00-19:00; Adults 19.15-20-15 There is a small charge for these sessions

At Stow Park Lawn Tennis Club we regularly run an American-style tournamentsfor both juniors and adults. This is a very friendly doubles tournament and aimed at all abilities and is normally followed by some good food and a social gathering later in the bar! It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and you will be guaranteed a great evening.
