We are always on the look out for new members, so whether you are an experienced player, a complete beginner or just looking to get active, get in touch. Either contact the club or it’s probably best if you just come along on a training night.

We know it can be daunting to come down to a club for the first time but we really would be delighted to see you, just come along ready to get dirty and introduce yourself.

Senior Men and Women's Training takes place at the Frant Road ground every Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30pm with games on Saturdays (men) and Sundays (women).

Girls training for U18 to U15 is on Saturday mornings from 10am

Junior rugby training takes place at 10am on Sundays

We are also grateful of any help from non-playing members, so if you want to get involved, make new friends or just want to come and watch the game, come down on a match day and introduce yourself.
