Chairman's Report - All Members briefed by SP.

Treasurer's Report and accounts – N/A at this point.

Membership Subscriptions

It was agreed that the fees structure for this year will be as mentioned below:

£50 subscription (payable no later than 20/04/2019) plus £15 match fee per game.
£30 – for cricket Kit which includes a SWCC marked white shirt, a cap and a practice shirt (payable no later than 27/02/2019)
£70 – if both subscription and cricket kit taken together (before 27/02/2019)

Exceptions could be made on case by case basis if required and approved by Executive committee.

Colts Report – KJ and SP to look into starting a Colts section.

Clubmark Report – KS and/or KD to look into the procedure.

Playing Matters – KJ Informed the club that talks have been started with a Pro in India regarding possibility of bringing him over for 2019 season at no cost to the club. Committee and Members need to approve this move.

SP Second this proposal as it will be beneficial for the club’s growth and having an accomplished coach/player at almost no cost is something to seriously consider.
(Pro will cover his flight and accommodation. We just need to find cheapest accommodation for him).

SP proposed withdrawal of 3rd team as availability of ground and playing resources is bit low at this point. SP also proposed that it will be better at this point to concentrate on 2 teams as that will be beneficial for club growth.

VP second that and agreed that it’s better to concentrate on 2 playing XI at this point.

Action : All members unanimously voted in Favour of both matters.

House and Grounds – Ground Secured for 1st and 2nd teams. SP to confirm location shortly.

Recruitment : KJ to look into it. Possible recruits could be ECB qualified coaches for colts, umpires, scorers, etc.
NV second that and mentioned that it will be good for further development.

Election of Officers – Selected as per SWCC constitution.
