A frustrating time for the Pedlars, two good performances with no reward, when your luck is out everything appears to be against you ! Tuesday at Clipbush Park they were denied a point in the last minute. The Ghosts took the lead in the sixty fifth minute, the Pedlars replying four minutes later through Bradley Yates. The award of a dubious free kick led to the last minute clincher, taking the point from the grasp of the Pedlars. Saturday, Mulbarton Wanderers visited the MG Building Maintenance Stadium, goals in the fourteenth and twenty second minute caught he Pedlars napping but they picked up their game and contended for the rest of the half, the reward coming on the stroke of half time, Charlie Lambe swinging in a cross from the left wing, Tom Jewell challenging the defender, the ball falling to Bradley Yates who smashed it home from ten yards. Wanderers made it three one eight minutes into the second half and then put the game to bed in the seventy ninth minute. Next Saturday the Pedlars travel the Demcom Stadium, the home of Ely City. The Robins are currently sitting in ninth place in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division. The Reserves had the cross County trip to AC Mill Lane for an eight goal thriller, unfortunately the home side scored five of the eight. On target for the Pedlars, James Beaumont, Blake Davies and James Linsdell. Next Saturday the Reserves are at home to North Walsham Town. The 'A' Team had a derby game against Narborough Reserves, the visitors claiming the points with a two one victory, Captain Ashley Rowland netting for the Pedlars. Next Saturday they travel to Costessey Sports. The Under 18's also failed to get points mid week with a two nil defeat at home to Lakeside Rangers. This Thursday they host Dereham Town. The on form Veterans set the example to be followed with a home victory against Downham Old Boys. A six one victory. On form was Mark Oliver, Matthew Kenny, Justin Powley and a hat trick from centre forward, Jamie Butters. They next play on Sunday 14 November where they visit Cabble Park, home of Cromer YOB.
