Swaffham Football Club thinking of little Esme Lambert and her family. A Swaffham family has described its devastation after their young daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumour last month.

Doctors told relatives of Esmé Lambert, who turns two next month, the diagnosis just a few weeks ago, after several weeks of illness.

Friends have since rallied round to launch a £30,000 fundraising appeal.
