An exciting opportunity!

The role of Junior Chair is now vacant and we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic volunteer to fill that role, someone who is passionate about the development and success of the Age Grade section of Tadley RFC.

Junior Chairperson

Lead effective and efficient delivery of mini and junior rugby at the club.

Key aspects of the role

1. Lead the development of mini and junior rugby
Create and lead a team of people to deliver rugby for 6-17 year olds; arrange and chair Age Group Task Force meetings and ensure that Mini and Junior members are represented within the Main Committee and CB meetings.

2. Organise suitable playing and training opportunities
Work alongside other club officers to coordinate the running and playing of Mini and Junior rugby training, games and tournaments in line with Age Grade Regulations.

3. Ensure all members are familiar with the core values of the game
Make sure players, coaches, volunteers and parents are familiar with the core values of the game.

Is this role for you?
If you are an experienced and effective manager that is well acquainted with the running of the club with strong communication skills and a friendly and diplomatic manner, you could hold a highly respected and valued role that will allow you to see young players develop to their full potential.
