Tamar Saracens booked their place in the Lockie Cup semi-finals by beating University of Plymouth IIIs 41-27 at the Rectory on Wednesday night.
Sarries, who last weekend secured their Devon One status, will now play Devonport Services seconds in the last four.
Services had previously overcome Tavistock in the quarter-finals and holders Old Techs in the first round.
The other semi-final will be against Cornwall/Devon League sides Saltash and Plymstock Albion Oaks.
The Lockie Cup final is currently pencilled in for April 25.
Saracens ran in seven tries to see off the University of Plymouth side on Wednesday.
Kyle Andrews led the way with a hat-trick, with props James McFarlane and Tom Hicklin also touching down, along with Scott Sheldon and Dan Best. Sheldon kicked three conversions.
