Another Saturday, another win for the Ladies 1st XI

The Ladies 1st XI were on the road again travelling to take on Weston super Mare in mid-afternoon push back and came away with a 5-1 win making it 3 wins from 3 in the league. The start of the game was evenly matched however after some tactical changes Taunton eventually took the lead and didn’t look back. It was a very strong team performance and another big win as strengthens TCSHC position at the top of the league and they will be looking forward to taking on Mid Somerset at home next week. The goals were scored by Tash Hole (3), who is making an early bid for the golden stick with 7 goals in three games, and Izzy Williams (2). Man of the Match was awarded Jodie Baker for a performance noticeable for her positional awareness and passing game.
