Teversal FC are to remain in the East Midlands Counties League for a second season.

Missing out on the league title by two points and in third position means that the re-alignment of the Leagues by the FA leaves the Tevie Boys in the EMCFL for another season, but there are a number of other changes bringing us some new (and old) opposition to Carnarvon Street.

Two teams (Rainworth Miners Welfare and Heanor Town) join the EMCFL through voluntary relegations.

Clipstone FC are laterally moved following their relegation from the NCEL Premier Division. Three teams join the league via promotion (Eastwood Community, Ingles FC and Newark Flowserve).

Radcliffe Olympic (relegated) leave to play in Step 7.

Anstey Nomads, Aylestone Park, Birstall United and Holwell Sports are moved laterally to the United Counties League Division One, while Stapenhill FC are laterally moved to the Midlands Football League Division One.

Champions Dunkirk FC are promoted to the Midlands Football League Premier Division.
