There has been a new appointment and a bit of a re-shuffle in the management structure at the club this past week.

I’m excited to get back into football, I’ve watched Teversal a number of times this season and believe there is genuine potential at the club.
- Asst Manager Paul MacFarland

Following on from a meeting with the Teversal FC Directors and the Senior Football Management Team (Martin Bower and Kev Heathcote), we are pleased to announce the amendments have been made to the Management structure that also sees a return to amateur football of Paul Macfarland (Macca).

Macca is returning to football after a short break and will take up the role of assistant manager to Martin Bower. He brings Teversal FC much needed and vast experience at this level. Macca's previous clubs, reads as a who’s who of local teams, including Ilkeston Town, Eastwood Town, Eastwood Community FC, Pinxton, South Normanton, Ripley Town, Glapwell and Mansfield Hosiery Mills.
Macca issued the following statement “I’m excited to get back into football, I’ve watched Teversal a number of times this season and believe there is genuine potential at the club. I will do my best in the coming weeks to work with Martin and try to change our fortune in the league and put some points on the board. We will look to see who’s out there to bring in some experience to go with the talent that is already at the club”

With the re structure also joining Macca to assist Martin, will be John Lee. John has recently come on board; he’s been around the club for several years coaching within the Junior section and the Reserves and playing for the Reserves. John is still playing in our Veterans side. John will bring an excellent level of coaching and motivation to the Team.

This also sees first team assistant manager Chris Heathcote stepping down to resume his playing career as he fights for his place in the squad. Chris has made a positive start within the Reserves with good early performances during which he got on the score sheet twice in the recent cup game against Kirton Brickworks in the Notts FA Senior Trophy.

Ant Coleman will take up a new role within the Senior Management Team focusing on Social Media and Recruitment. The change sees Ant stepping down from Reserves team Manager but he will continue his work within the Youth Section as Youth Section Chairman. The changes have been necessary due to Ant's work Commitments.

The management of the Reserves Team will now be taken on by First Team Coach Callum Harris.
Cal Harris issued the following statement “I would like to thank Ant for his effort he’s put into the reserves this season and giving me the base with which to work with. I’m excited to get back on the training pitch and work with the lads and help them to get points on the board. I know the purpose of the ressies is to provide lads capable of stepping into the first team and work with Martin Bower in achieving the best possible outcomes that we can for the club”

With Dan Weaver stepping down from the Matchday Secretary role a few weeks ago Mitch Wilson will assist the Reserves wherever possible in the role as well as continuing to coach whenever possible.
