Kick off is at 3.00pm, and the named squad is asked to report to Carnarvon Street at 12.45pm for a 1.00pm departure, or to meet at The Reymolds Stadium on Causeway Lane in Matlock at 1.45pm at the latest.

• Leave Teversal and travel on the A38 towards Derby.

• At traffic signals branch left onto the A615 (signposted Matlock), travel through Oakerthorpe and Wessington.
• Follow A615 into Matlock past Total Garage on left and the ground is approximately a quarter of a mile on the right.
