Working closely between the First and Youth team management, the position would suit someone with the drive to push the Reserve team to honours whilst developing players to step up from the Under 18s whilst progressing players into the first team.

Previous managerial experience and FA coaching qualifications would be an advantage but more importantly is the passion and determination to help develop the side and improve the quality within the club.

It would be advantageous for applicants to be able to attract and bring new players into the club, whilst maintaining the development of the existing base of talent in the senior squad.
