Last season's winners Parkgate left it to the last minute to book their place and to set up a repeat of last season'as final against Staveley MW.
It took another penalty shoot out to settle the tie after a 1-1 draw.
It wasn't until the 67 miute when Borrowash finally opened the scoring when sub Rory Maxewell's low drive found the net, and then with time running out, Parkgate thought that the 89th minute would be a good time to level things up when Janni Lipka shot through a crowded penalty area to take the game to a shoot out.
The penalties were a bit poor with Parkgate winning it 3-2 despite each team having six attempts each.
