An unbelievable amount of water bottles have been filled and chilled with the temperatures expected to hit 30°C and above this afternoon. Water breaks will feature throughout the afternoon.
The home side are sporting their new kit (red/black striped shirts with black shorts and socks) while the visitors will be in a full royal blue kit.

3.00 : Mansfield Hosiery Mills get the game started kicking towards Carnarvon Street.
3.01 : The Mills keeper touches a Kurt Bamford free kick over the bar.
3.14 : Cameron Pinnick forced a save at the foot of the post by the keeper.
3.16 : GOAL!!! - 1-0 Tevie. Kurtis Bamford has a shot blocked but the rebound is in the back of the net.
3.25 : GOAL!!! : Ryan Hancock jinks his way into the are and sends the ball across the face of the goal into the far corner. 2-0 Tevie.
Drinks break takes place before the re-start. some of the Mills management are not happy with their performance so far!!
3.38 : GOAL!!! - Getting shouted at must've worked because the Mills get a goal back. 2-1 Tevie.
3.46 : GOAL!!! - Charlie Smith taps home from close range into an empty net after a Danny Fletcher cross evades the keeper. 3-1 Tevie.

The match, in the last ten minutes, has descended into a series of niggling tackles and crowds of players pushing each other about. The referee starts showing his card collection to all and sundry.
4.53 : Finally, the game ends and the Tevie Boys have another three points.
Caution count : Seven yellows and one red in total - most of them in the last twenty minutes. The heat must've been getting to them!!

Another three points in the bag and a six point Saturday as the Reserves picked up the points with a 2-0 win away at Ollerton Town Development, with two late goals - a Nathan Flint strike and a Craig Newton penalty
