There is no stopping Staveley Miners Welfare Reserves, at the top of the Glenwood Printing Reserves Supreme Division, they had another convincing win 4-0 at Long Eaton United Reserves. Shane Tuton again led the way for the leaders hitting a hat trick, Aiden Houghton scoring the other goal. Staveley have nine point lead over second placed Radford Reserves and also have two games in hand.
Radford returned to winning ways, after last week’s defeat at Graham St Prims Reserves, both Luke Attenborough and Lamah Giggs netted twice, Michael Thomas, Dan Jackson and Sam McElroy also scored, to add to visitors Rainworth Miners Welfare’s misery, as the home team ran out 7-0 winners.
Third placed Mickleover Sports Reserves, won 4-1 at bottom of the table Clipstone Welfare Reserves. Craig Saville, Mark Nelson, Tobias Chapman and Jonathan Hart for Sports.
Sam Noon replied for Clipstone.
Dinnington Town Reserves, who are in fifth placed lost 2-1 at Teversal Reserves. The home team scorers where Mark Robinson and Barry Stokes. Phil Colton scored the Dinnington goal.
Borrowash Victoria Reserves and Holbrook Sports Reserves shared the points the match ending 1-1.
