Following the introduction of our draft Vision for The Mote CC in 2025 we are outlining the key aspects during the rest of the summer to promote and explain it further. The sixth, of eight, aims is to be

Financially Sustainable:

- Continually developing income streams utilising the club’s assets
- An operating cash surplus to be generated each year, sufficient to cover investment needs
- Financial governance is developed to provide and maintain a targeted level of reserves

The club has made tremendous strides in this area over the last five years. The next step is to ensure we can also develop sufficient ongoing income streams, as well as one off funding opportunities, to allow us to invest in our fantastic natural asset at The Mote.
