The team was Dan Garlick, Henry Hildreth, James Bojar, Connor Wilson, Arthur Webster-Jones, Jack Norton and Sam Kelly.
In our first game we were against Brigg we started strong by scoring twice, Arthur scoring the first and then Sam scoring a brilliant reverse stick goal, with the help of Sam from the midfield. For most of the game we were in their half but unfortunately we conceded from a quick counter attack the game ended 2-1.
In our second game we were against York B. Thirsk started well as in the first match; Arthur and Sam swapped positions and this was a good move because Sam managed to score a hat trick and when York managed to score their only goal of the game, Arthur finishing the game making it 4-1.
In our third game we were against Chapeltown. From the start they started out strong but the defence of James and Henry managed to keep them out and we managed to get on a quick counter attack with a brilliant pass from Jack to Connor and he managed to smash it into the bottom corner. Unfortunately we were under a lot of pressure from their forwards, Dan making some brilliant saves until they managed to get an equalizer making the score 1-1 at the end of the game.
In our forth game we were against Northallerton. We went straight onto the attack with Arthur, Sam and Connor peppering their goal and eventually we made the break through scoring twice in a matter of minutes finishing the game off 2-0.
In our final game we were against Leeds A where we were both evenly matched. James, Henry and Dan doing some great defending and goalkeeping, as hard as we attacked we couldn't find the back of the net and the game ended 0-0.
