Chris is an ex professional Goalkeeper who represented Scotland at Under 21 level and played for Hibernian, Hamilton and Stirling Albion, packed a one & a half hours coaching session with goalie drills that one rarely sees in grass roots football.

Fitness, agility, pace & enjoyment were big themes of Chris' session as he kept the young keepers constantly involved throughout, explaining clearly the purpose of each exercise.

Every one of Thornes' keepers engaged enthusiastically with the session showing alertness and agility throughout.
