Club House
In 2008 the club was very proud to open its new facility the Ron Jacobs Playing Field, this new club house and changing rooms include modest changing facilities for players and referees. The Club House has six changing rooms, referees changing rooms, kitchen, toilets and first aid room.
Social Room
The Thorney RUFC Club House provides a generous social space for our guests and members to relax on match day while enjoying a drink. Our club hosts approximately 50 guests at every home game at least 20 games a year if not more. In addition to this the social room is used on at least five occasions throughout the season for social functions entertaining our social members and their guests
First Team Pitch
The first team pitch is a full size playing pitch and was first laid to grass when the club purchased the land in 1994 The pitch is well established and due to the location of the club in the heart of the fens the pitch is well drained and never suffers from water logging.
Second Team Pitch
The second team pitch is a modorate size playing pitch and was first laid to grass in 2004 Again this pitch is well established and drained and never suffers from water logging.
Floodlit Training Pitch
The floodlit training pitch is the smallest of the three playing pitch’s and was first laid to grass in 2004 Again this pitch is well established and drained and never suffers from water logging. The training pitch has 10 floodlights used for evening games and training.

Thorney RUFC are always on the lookout for new sponsors to support the running of our club house, the social room is also available to hire for functions accommodating up to fifty people. In addition to this 2.4m x 0.6m advertising boards are available to purchase.
