Representing Timperley on the pitch were Will Greaves, Dan Flisk, Ollie Lee and Ed Loveland; and off the pitch was Head Coach Ryan Garnsworthy (previous TLC LDO), with Assistant Coaches Mike Armstrong and Martin Cragg.

The pool game results were wins over Latvia (15-1) and Wales (17-5) before a 5-14 loss against Germany. The play in game (effectively a quarter final) was a 17-5 win over Israel, before a hard fought and truly exciting 6-5 golden goal win over Ireland in the semi final. This led to a rematch against Germany in the final, and a great team performance reversed the loss from pool play to bring the title home with a 9-8 victory.
